We Asked, You Answered (Pt. 4)

We sent out a survey to find out how this churchwide series has made an impact in your lives. Here are your answers!

4. In a culture of convenience and self-first, God calls us to act justly on His behalf. Is there someone or a group of people you’d like to bring more of His justice to? What would it cost you or your family, you think?

"In our cell group, we discuss of justice among different hierarchy of employees. How best to lookout for the least in workplace?"

"Kingdom duties - yes, have been aware of social justice for some time. The sermon gives encouragement that it is the little things each day we do as we encounter others, and not just the big things and projects that make a difference. Recommend those with Netflix to watch the recently released "Maid" mini-series to gain greater empathy into the cyclical world that the poor and abused are in… This is what inequality looks like but in drama. M18 rating though. So not for the kids."

"It's our duty to protect and nurture the marginalized, the forgotten, the downtrodden, the needy. Be the salt and light, especially in this time of COVID, when many can be blindsided. The question in relation to 'cost' is flawed. It's my gain. It would be a family activity if it allows so that we walk to talk."
