We sent out a survey to find out how this churchwide series has made an impact in your lives. Here are your answers!

1. In what ways have you sought to make the Lord Jesus your King in recent weeks? Describe a struggle you have committed to Him. Or a victory you have experienced.

"Need to refocus attention on kingdom work and less on temporal things like material wealth and personal enjoyment. How to help others who need it more."

"It's always head knowledge vs heart knowledge. To trust God or trust myself. 2 steps forward and 1 step backwards."

"Matt 6:33 is my favourite verse ...after having listened to messages and studying."

"At CG further has definitely helped me to understand in greater depth and clarity. Rock, fortress and hope is our Lord Jesus Christ...we should walk closely and discern his voice...Holy Spirit who is our guide counsellor helper as we thread on this earth ...to be salt and light in words, deeds and actions ar our family setting neighbours work place community and church."

"It was a spiritual battle for me as I was struggling with some issues with my child. It was difficult but I asked Him to fill me with patience and joy. No matter how; I believe that as long as I place my trust in my King Jesus, who rules and reigns, He will empower me to overcome my fear as I place it at His feet. I trust Him that He will be glorified in the little or as much as I could living out my life sharing His Word. With the power of His Word, pray that we all be transformed into Him."

"Overcome tiredness of work to persist on listening to sermons, read the bible and pray to him."

"To continue to be an exhorter. To commit to making Him priority and talk about Him day n night. My struggle is some people are put off. feel we are overdoing. The zealousness may make me feel I’m overly pious. Some reason why many in the marketplace waver in bearing fruits. So am I at times."

"Uphold the salvation of loved ones and trusting that the King will reign according to His plan."

"The area of ongoing forgiveness. My King has forgiven me much. Though it hurts, it is mine to extend forgiveness though the feelings are still raw. It is an act of the will that I believe the Holy Spirit will honour and thus release me from any stronghold or captivity. My mind is freed up from having to deal with this. He gives grace."

"Over these weeks, I do pray to our Lord that speedy healing to my aunt & her family as they were tested positive for COVID 19. Praise the Lord that my prayer was answered and they are fully recovered."
